ATX  model is re-designed  to optimize the rotary blade's frame by cast steel . More balance rotation to obtain  less shocking noise in cutting . Performs the best cross cutting for the paper  thickness within the range of 45 ~ 500 gsm . Maxium speed can be up to 400 sheets per min ( < 800mm length ) , and cutting accuracy within ±0.3mm. (  ±0.25mm can be obtained at constant speed by  optional equipping the Germany Synchronizer . )

1. Optional equip the CCD optical sensor works with Synchronizer  ,  tracing the specific mark or line on the printed paper to obtain the accuracy within +/- 0.25 mm  .

The Laser head with Fibre optic as transmission  for trace the mark and line on the printed paper, and the signal will be proceed by the MKS to perform the recognizer sheeting .

To reduce the air reflex for stablize the slim sheet in high speed cutting .

Once key in the desire length , the right-angle of sheet corner can be auto calibrated.

  

Auto tension program is all time to provide proper  tension force of the paper web from the beginning to the end .(  RE or WICHITA brake- optional）

User friendly menu, Very easy  to changeover by preset the parameter.

 

It is  smoothful to drive the actuator's frame in acurate position in term of get the paper web running in straight line for practice the precise edges slitting.

To drive the rotary blade's frame & conveyor belts in high speed, high accuracy ,and powerful torque sheeting .

To fine tone the signal variation between the servopack and varispeed inverter  in synchronization . To improve the accuracy from ±0.5 to ±0.3mm even if speed up or down . At constant speed, accuracy is to be ±0.25mm .
